Season 1: Joshua Guimond

I always hoped In the Dark or another true crime podcast would cover Josh's case and I have come across a handful of episodes but nothing this in depth. So first off, thank you to the creators for the effort. Josh Guimond's disappearance has haunted me ever since college. We were in the same class at SJU and I would have graduated with him in 2004. I didn't know him personally, but I believe we may have been in the same religion or communications course in the fall of 2001. My memory from so many years ago is fuzzy and it wasn't like we were friends or spent any time together outside of class. I lived on campus all 4 years of school (as did most of my friends), so that walk from Flynntown to upper campus and vice versa was a very familiar one. The thing that has always got to me is how easily that Josh's story could have been mine or my friends. We partied a lot and often late into the night at each other's places. There were countless times we made that same walk and we were not at all sober. I very deeply want to see this case solved. I am hoping that I can fill in blanks or provide context and color to topics that come up. I see several Johnnie and Bennie classmates have joined already and have been doing that already. Happy to help!

Josh took The Christian Tradition (THEO 180) that semester!
